Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, including any tags and packaging. Final sale items (e.g deeply discounted) are non-returnable. To initiate, please email info@delvallecollection.com and provide your order number, email, and reason for return. If approved, you'll receive a return shipping label and instructions. 

The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days once the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds in cases or suspected abuse or fraud, Our policies are clear in the website footer, checkout page, and order confirmation emails.
